Delivery

We will deliver your order to the address you specify at checkout. Once your order has been delivered, ownership and responsibility for the product transfer to you.

Shipping

Prices displayed on our website do not include shipping costs.

We deliver Australia-wide using Sendle or Australia Post. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

    • Standard delivery: 5-11 business days

    • Regional areas: Additional shipping fees may apply

International Shipping:
At this time, international shipping is not available as an automated option at checkout. However, if you are located outside Australia, we are happy to provide a custom shipping quote based on your order and location. Please contact us for a custom quote or to arrange an order outside of Australia.

Our returns policy

If you receive a faulty product, you may return it within 14 days for a refund (excluding postage & handling), provided that:

    • The product was purchased directly from VERA CLS (veraclean.com.au)

    • It is returned in its original packaging with all contents included

    • The return is made to the address provided by our customer service team
