Vera Concentrate is mixed with clean water. The spray bottles are marked, so there's nothing to measure.
Fill the bottle to the line indicator on the label with clean water.
Top up with your concentrate to the embossed line on the neck. Go slowly and use the pump to reduce the amount of foam.
Refill with Vera Concentrate only when you need to. The bottles are designed to be used for years.

Old and tough stains, chewing gum, sticky residue, ovens, pet and bodily fluid accidents, pillow marks and dog bedding.

10% for all-purpose cleaning, 15% for kitchens. Metal, plastic, wood, leather, rubber, clothing, shoes, cars inside and out, granite, marble, benchtops, tables, food prep areas, fridges, sinks and cooktops.
Pocket spray 16% (42mL water, 8mL concentrate). Handy spray 20% (100mL water, 25mL concentrate).
25% for bathrooms, 30% for contaminated areas. Stubborn stains, built-up grime, tiles, ceramics, enamel, porcelain, toilets and urinals.
Equal parts concentrate and water.
Add it to the washing machine. It cleans the machine too.
Percentages are concentrate. Top up the rest with clean water. Avoid lacquered surfaces.

No. Mixing cleaning products can give off harmful fumes, and Vera works on its own. If a surface has another product on it, rinse that off first.
We also don’t recommend adding essential oils. Vera is fragrance-free on purpose, because fragrance is a common trigger for asthma and sensitive skin.
Vera is made to be gentle. It has no alcohol, fragrance or dyes, which are the most common causes of skin and breathing reactions. It’s also non-corrosive, non-flammable and leaves no fumes.
Many of our customers have asthma, allergies or sensitive skin. As with any cleaning product, keep it out of reach of children and follow the label.
As often as you normally would, and more often in bathrooms, kitchens and anywhere lots of hands touch. The protective layer means surfaces stay clean for longer between cleans, especially in areas that don’t get much use.
For most homes, yes. Vera can replace your kitchen spray, bathroom cleaner, floor cleaner, glass cleaner, air freshener and disinfectant. One refill lasts months and if in bulk- can last years.
For thick soap scum or limescale, you may need to remove it first with vinegar and rinse well. Then use Vera to stop it building up again.
